Other Considerations

Internet-Only Promotions: If you offer "internet only" promotions, it is particularly critical that your website be accessible to the visually-impaired.  Consider providing several alternative means of accessing these offers so that those with differing disabilities can always take advantage of them.  Consider implementing a policy which provides that any individual with disabilities will always receive the best terms available (including "internet only" offers).

Linking Considerations: While many websites provide general disclaimers about links, which confirm that they do not endorse the content or views of the websites to which the links lead, if you link to sites (such as those for third-party providers) which are not accessible to the visually-impaired, you should consider posting additional advisories, or discussing this issue with those responsible for the sites you link to.  Particularly if some or all of a customer's experience occurs on sites controlled by others, you should raise these issues with those others before a claim is made.
